In the next few points are all the necessary documents for detailed check of your plot, basical documents necessary as starting points are marked in bold letters:
- Cadastral plan
- Proof of ownership
- Location information
- Geodetic survey
Your architect will need location information and geodetic survey to check the specific urban regulations for your plot, as well as determine what can be built on it.
